Protein Flour Study

Men between 21-50 years old needed for a research study

Scientists at UC Davis’ Department of Nutrition are conducting a study on the effects of flour processed in two different ways on levels of amino acid in the blood in healthy men between 21-50 years of age.

You must come to 2 study visits, one week apart, and consume cooked sorghum grain processed by two different methods. Six blood samples will be collected over a 3-hour period at each study visit.

To qualify for this study, you must be:

  • Male 21-50 years of age
  • In good health
  • Not taking any medications and supplements

Participants will receive:

  • You will receive up to $340 as compensation for your time
